Add Buffer Solution
Add one drop of the supplied buffer solution (approximately 45 μL) into each well of the testing card.
Mix with Wooden Stick
Mix each well for about 15 seconds using a different stick per well to prevent cross-contamination.
Read Results
Read results within 2 minutes. Do not read after 5 minutes, as results may become inaccurate.
